Make an informed brief
Choose a manufacturing partner around the products your brand actually needs. SOUL ARÔME offers third-party skincare manufacturing in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, with private-label and custom-development routes for personal-care brands.
Not sure which route fits?
Discuss it on WhatsAppOur published catalogue includes face wash, face cleanser, face cream, face serum, face gel, toner, face mist, micellar water and cleansing milk. A moisturizer or face-cream brief should explain the desired texture, use occasion and pack rather than treating every cream as interchangeable.
Start with the product that best expresses your brand. A cleanser, moisturizer and serum have different formulation and packaging decisions; adding them together does not automatically give them the same minimum order or development schedule.
Ready formulations are available for kojic-acid cream, cica cream and ceramide moisturiser, with custom development also possible. Compare a sample against your intended texture and finish before choosing a base or commissioning changes. Ingredient percentages and finished-product benefits are agreed for the selected formulation, rather than assumed from the ingredient name.
These specialist skincare orders can start as low as 500 units per SKU, subject to the final offer and company terms. Samples are charged, with charges adjusted against production; revision limits are discussed with the team. Allow an indicative 1–6 weeks for production after sample approval, with packaging and testing milestones confirmed in the quotation.
Private label starts from an existing formulation, with the permitted changes confirmed during the brief. Custom development starts with a more specific target, such as texture, a benchmark or a preferred ingredient approach.
Give the team a reference product and explain what you want to keep or change. Ingredient names alone do not define a workable formula. Suitability, concentration, compatibility and proposed claims need product-specific review before approval.
Review how a cleanser rinses, how a cream spreads or how a serum dispenses. Record the sample reference, fragrance and appearance, along with the approved packaging. Feedback such as lighter after-feel or easier pump dispensing is more actionable than a general request to make it premium.
Ask which tests and release checks are included. The quality page explains our published batch-control process, while the certifications page provides the actual uploaded company and certification documents.
A jar, tube, bottle and pump give different dispensing experiences. Component availability, decoration and filling suitability influence both the production plan and quotation. A pack that works for one SKU should still be evaluated for the next.
Confirm artwork responsibilities and the claim-review process before committing to packaging. Our dedicated sunscreen page describes the available SPF 50 route. For specialist creams and sunscreens alike, agree the formulation, supporting reports and final wording for the actual product.
Share the proposed product, quantity per SKU, fill size, formulation route and launch timing. Separate one-time development or sample costs from recurring production and packaging charges.
For a small first range, ask how packaging purchases and version count affect the total commitment. Our FAQ explains the indicative private-label and custom-development MOQ guidance; a written quotation confirms the requirements for your actual products.

Face creams and related skincare formats are part of our published range. Share the desired texture, use, packaging and quantity for a product-specific discussion.
Yes. Ready kojic-acid, cica and ceramide cream or moisturiser formulations are available, and custom development is possible. Other ingredient combinations, concentrations and claims need assessment against your brief.
Compare the cash, samples and packaging needed for each SKU before deciding. A focused launch can simplify evaluation, but the right range depends on your customer and business plan.
