Make an informed brief
SOUL ARÔME offers third-party sunscreen manufacturing in India, including a tested SPF 50 ready formulation and custom development. Discuss the product, supporting reports and packaging as one brief before choosing the route for your brand.
Not sure which route fits?
Discuss it on WhatsAppA ready SPF 50 formulation is available for sample evaluation. If you need changes to the application feel, appearance or other formulation characteristics, describe them in a custom-development brief. The team will assess the changes and the evidence needed for the proposed version.
An existing formula’s report should not be treated as proof for every reformulation. Record the formula reference and the sample version you approve, then confirm which specification and reports relate to the product that will be manufactured.
SPF test reports are available from the team for review against the selected formulation. Request the formula reference, measured SPF result, testing laboratory and report details during the project discussion. The availability statement here is manufacturer-provided; the underlying reports are not displayed on this page.
SPF, UVA or broad-spectrum coverage, and water resistance are separate matters to confirm in the supporting documents. No UVA rating, water-resistance duration or measured SPF value beyond the offered SPF 50 designation is stated here. Agree the evidence and wording for your final product before artwork approval.
Share the intended fill size, tube or bottle preference and the application experience you want. Evaluate how the sample spreads and dispenses from the proposed pack, and record any texture or packaging changes before production sign-off.
Ask which stability, packaging-compatibility and other checks apply to the actual sunscreen and container. Our R&D team carries out in-house testing; external testing through a NABL-accredited laboratory can also be arranged with scope and charges confirmed.
Sunscreen orders can start as low as 500 units per SKU, subject to the product, packaging, final offer and company terms. Samples carry a charge adjusted against production, and revision limits are discussed with the team. Production lead time is indicatively 1–6 weeks after sample approval, with the project schedule confirmed in the quotation.
Manufacturing prices are quote-based. Send the formulation route, quantity, intended fill size, packaging preference and required claim or testing scope. Separate development, testing and component costs from the recurring finished-unit price.
A company licence or ISO certificate identifies a different scope from an SPF test report. Review the relevant company documents on our certifications page, and request the product-specific test evidence for the sunscreen you intend to order.
COAs and relevant test reports are available, while Batch Manufacturing Records and Batch Packing Records are maintained. Agree the documents to be supplied or made available for review, their scope and any extra testing charges before confirming the order.
