Review ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22716:2007 and the published cosmetic manufacturing licence. Company credentials have a different scope from product-specific performance reports.

Make an informed brief
Plan a face wash that fits your customer and your range. SOUL ARÔME offers private-label and custom face-wash and cleanser manufacturing for skincare brands, with production at our Sambhal facility in India.
Not sure which route fits?
Discuss it on WhatsAppChoose a ready-made formulation or commission custom development. Our R&D team can adapt the texture to your brief, from thicker to ultra-light options, subject to the selected formulation and sample approval. Face-wash pack sizes range from 100–200 ml; agree the container and closure for the actual product.
Face-wash orders can start as low as 500 units per SKU, subject to the final offer and company terms. Indicative production lead time is 1–6 weeks after sample approval, with packaging and testing milestones agreed for your order. Face-wash samples are charged and those charges are adjusted against production; revision limits are discussed with the team. Manufacturing prices are quote-based.
Batch and stability testing are carried out in-house. Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Batch Packing Records (BPRs) and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available. Testing through an external NABL-accredited laboratory can also be arranged; agree the required test scope, reports and charges separately.
Begin with intended use, target customer and the feel you want during and after washing. Gel, foam and cream-cleanser briefs raise different questions about texture, fragrance, rinse-off and dispensing. Confirm which proposed format can be taken forward for your project.
A benchmark helps explain the target, but describe the specific difference you need. For example, distinguish a preference for a lighter texture from a request for different cleansing performance. Proposed skin-benefit claims require their own review.
A private-label face wash starts with an available base formulation and its agreed adaptation scope. Custom development suits a brief that cannot be met by those options. The sampling and test programme should reflect the changes requested.
A ready salicylic-acid face-wash formulation is available, and custom development is possible. Share your target texture, fragrance preference and intended positioning so the team can propose a sample. Confirm the ingredient concentration, formula specification and supported product wording for that SKU; no acne-treatment outcome or clinical result is promised by the product name.
Bring a tube or bottle preference, approximate fill size and desired closure to the quotation discussion. A foaming dispenser is also part of the product system; do not assume that changing a pump leaves the formula brief unchanged.
Assess how much product dispenses, whether the closure is convenient and how the pack behaves in normal handling. Ask what compatibility checks are needed for the selected components before artwork and packaging procurement are finalised.
Formula choice, fill volume, pack components, decoration, order quantity and testing scope all affect a quotation. The cost of the filled unit alone may omit samples, development, cartons, taxes or freight.
Compare quotations using the same quantity per SKU and the same pack specification. Ask the team to identify one-off charges separately and to confirm the current minimum for the combination you want. There is no universal per-unit price published here.
Evaluate the sample against the original brief and record the version you approve. Keep unresolved changes visible: a revised fragrance, viscosity or closure should be discussed before the batch plan is confirmed.
The manufacturing enquiry should include the product route, fill size, pack preference, expected quantity and launch timing. Read the process and quality pages for our published production workflow and batch checks, then request a face-wash-specific quotation.
Before you enquire
Product-specific scope comes from your written offer. Manufacturing quotations are separate from paid brand consultation.
Not necessarily. Evaluate a private-label option against your brief first. Choose custom development when the agreed ready-formula scope does not meet the product you need.
Orders can start as low as 500 units per SKU, subject to the formula, packaging, final offer and company terms. Confirm the finished-unit quantity and any component purchase minimums in your quotation.
Include a benchmark or texture description, fill size, packaging preference, quantity per SKU, formulation route and target timing. Ask for development, testing and freight inclusions to be identified.
