Not sure which route fits?
Discuss it on WhatsAppA ready formulation can suit a founder who has a clear audience and needs to evaluate a product before commissioning a new formula. White-label and ready-to-label are sometimes used for this approach; agree the actual scope rather than relying on a label.
Private label still involves decisions. Texture, fragrance, pack size and decoration affect the finished SKU. Ask which changes remain within the existing formula and which require fresh development or testing.
Our catalogue covers face washes, creams, facial serums, shampoos, conditioners, body washes and lotions. Choose products that belong together in a customer routine rather than expanding the opening order simply to fill a range.
Each formula, pack size or fragrance may create another SKU. Discuss quantities for every version, including the minimum purchase quantities of the packaging components.
Bring your preferred bottle, tube, jar, pump or dropper format to the discussion. We offer packaging support; final selection depends on the formula, component availability and filling requirements. Evaluate dispensing, leakage, decoration space and how the product feels in use.
Artwork and claims need their own review. Agree who supplies the files, who checks them and when they are approved before printed packaging is ordered.
Use sampling to assess appearance, texture, fragrance and dispensing. Record the approved version and any changes still needed. Ask which stability, compatibility and quality checks apply to that exact product and pack.
The quotation should identify what is included in formulation adaptation, sampling, testing, bulk manufacture, filling, packaging and dispatch. Do not compare two unit prices until their scopes and quantities match.
Start with the product and quantity per SKU, then compare samples before committing to a wider range. For a startup exploring private-label cosmetics, the feasible first order depends on the chosen formula, fill size and packaging rather than the brand's stage alone.
A smaller production order may still require a larger packaging purchase. Ask for the minimum quantities of bottles, closures, labels and cartons, how separate SKU versions affect those requirements, and how unused components will be handled. Compare the total cash commitment as well as the number of finished units.
You can request a manufacturing quotation directly without booking paid consultation. Send your intended product, quantity, packaging preferences and target timing so the team can assess the brief. Consultation is optional, separate advisory support if you need help making those decisions.
Orders can start as low as 500 units per SKU, subject to the product, packaging, final offer and company terms. Indicative production lead time is 1–6 weeks after sample approval, with the project schedule confirmed in the quotation. Samples are charged, with charges adjusted against production; revision limits are agreed with the team. Component availability and the testing programme are included in project planning.
Pack quantities across the wider range span 10 ml to 1 kg, depending on the product. Facial-serum options are 10–50 ml and face-wash options are 100–200 ml; confirm other fill sizes and packaging combinations with the team.
A base formula and a bespoke development can have different ownership arrangements. Confirm confidentiality, permitted changes and formula rights in your agreement. If a distinctive formula is essential to the brand, explore custom development before choosing a ready formulation.
