Formulation, sample development and stability testing are carried out in-house. External testing through a NABL-accredited laboratory can be arranged with scope and charges agreed.
COAs, batch manufacturing records and batch packaging records are available. Agree which reports and documents are supplied for your specific order.
Review ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22716:2007 and the published cosmetic manufacturing licence. Company credentials have a different scope from product-specific performance reports.

Make an informed brief
Build a body-care range around how the products are used together. SOUL ARÔME lists body wash, shower gel, lotion, cream, butter, scrubs and oils within its personal-care manufacturing catalogue.
Not sure which route fits?
Discuss it on WhatsAppExplain your preferred texture, foam, fragrance and rinse-off feel. The words body wash and shower gel are not a complete manufacturing specification; use a benchmark and a clear description to establish the target.
Consider the intended pack size and how the customer will dispense the product. Ask how changes in fragrance or texture affect the formulation scope, sample plan and component choice before assuming a ready formula can be adapted without further work.
Describe spread, absorption preference, finish and the intended use occasion. A daily body lotion, richer cream and body butter are different product decisions, even if they share a fragrance direction.
Evaluate the sample in the proposed packaging. Discuss whether the product dispenses consistently and whether the pack suits its texture. Agree the tests and quality criteria relevant to the formula and pack before final approval.
A shared fragrance direction can help the customer recognise a range, but it needs to be assessed in each base. Record feedback on each sample rather than approving one product on the strength of another.
For scrubs or oils, also describe the preferred particle feel or application finish as appropriate. Ingredient and benefit requests must be reviewed for the actual formulation; category coverage is not evidence of a specific performance outcome.
Share the fill size, quantity, closure preference, decoration and target timing. Bottles, jars and pumps bring different procurement and filling considerations. Confirm the supported combination rather than selecting packaging on appearance alone.
A useful body-care quote separates the products and identifies development, sample, test, component and dispatch charges. Ask about MOQ dependencies and whether a component purchase creates a larger commitment than the first production batch. For hotel amenities, our hotel-toiletries page explains shampoo filling, sourced or client-supplied bottles and the 15 ml option.
